FAQ about Polarized Sunglasses for Sports
What is the advantage of interchangeable polarized sports sunglasses compared with ordinary sports sunglasses?
Ordinary sports sunglasses can only adapt to fixed light conditions, while our interchangeable design supports free switching of Cat2 and Cat3 lenses. You can replace lenses according to weather, time, and sports scenes (cloudy, sunny, foggy), realizing one pair of glasses for multi-scene use, cost-effective and highly practical.
Are polarized sports sunglasses safe for driving?
Yes. Polarized lenses cut glare from wet asphalt and car hood reflections, making driving safer in sunny weather. We recommend Cat2 or Cat3 lenses for driving.
Do polarized lenses offer better UV protection than non-polarized lenses?
Polarization and UV protection are separate functions. Our Fukosports interchangeable polarized lenses include a UV400 coating, delivering full UVA/UVB block. A non-polarized lens can also have UV400 protection, but it will not remove reflected glare.
Can I wear polarized sports sunglasses at night?
Not recommended. A polarized tint reduces light transmission, making night vision darker. Our Cat2 / Cat3 lenses are designed for daytime outdoor use only.
Will the TR90 frame break easily if dropped?
TR90 is flexible and impact-resistant. It can bend and recover from normal sports knocks. Heavy, sharp impacts may still damage the frame or lens. We suggest storing it in the hard case when not in use.
Are these Fukosports sunglasses suitable for prescription lenses?
This model is non-prescription. If you need prescription sports sunglasses, check our other prescription sports eyewear series.
